摘要
探讨院外动态血糖监测系统联合运动疗法在妊娠糖尿病中应用效果。方法选取2013年1月至2014年5月于我院确诊的80例妊娠糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照自愿原则,将其均分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用院外动态血糖检测系统进行治疗,观察组采用院外动态血糖检测系统联合运动疗法进行治疗。结果治疗前两组患者的各项指标无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗之后观察组的FPG、2HPG、Hb Alc、HOMAIR变化比对照组更明显(P<0.05)。观察组使用胰岛素剂量为(46.88±1.69),血糖达标时间为(3.52±0.85);对照组胰岛素用量为(61.04±2.05),血糖达标时间为(5.26±1.16),观察组胰岛素用量及血糖达标时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论院外动态血糖监测系统联合运动疗法能有效控制孕妇血糖,缩短血糖达标时间,降低胰岛素用量,对于治疗妊娠糖尿病安全性更高,疗效显著。
Objective: To explore the dynamic blood sugar monitoring system outside the court joint kinesitherapy application effect in gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods: Selected 80 cases of gestational diabetes patients from January2013 to May 2013 in our hospital as the research object,in accordance with the principle of voluntary,which were divided into observation group and control group,control group adopts dynamic blood glucose detection system for court treatment,observation group movement by lobbying dynamic blood glucose detection system combination therapy for treatment. Results: Each index of two groups of patients before treatment there was no significant difference( P〉0. 05),treatment group after the FPG,2 HPG,Hb Alc,HOMAIR change is more obvious than the control group( P〈0. 05). Observation group to use insulin doses( 46. 88 ± 1. 69),blood glucose control is at target time was( 3. 52 ± 0. 85); To control insulin( 61. 04 ± 2. 05),blood glucose control is at target time is( 5. 26 ± 1. 16),insulin and blood glucose control is at the time of observation group was obviously better than the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Dynamic blood sugar monitoring system outside the court joint exercise therapy can effectively control the pregnant woman blood sugar,reducing blood glucose control is at target time,reduce the dosage of insulin,higher safety for the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus,curative effect is remarkable.
