高校新入职教师课堂教学准入制度的研究与实践 被引量:3

摘要 新入职教师是学校发展的最根本资源,在我国高等教育内涵式发展的大背景下,建立新入职教师教学准入认证体系,对高校建设高水平师资队伍和提高人才培养质量尤为重要。北京科技大学经过4年的探索和实践,构建了"新入职教师本科课堂教学准入制度",从培训、助课和授课考察3个准入环节保证合格教师上讲台。实践证明,课堂教学准入制度是新入职教师教学能力形成和发展过程中的重要环节,是从源头保障教育教学质量的有效途径。 New teachers are fundamental to the development of a university,which is align with the requirements of the connotative development of higher education. In this research,a teaching access authentication system has been initiated to construct high- level teacher team,and improve the quality of training talents. Through exploration and practice for 4 years,University of Science and Technology Beijing has constructed " Access System of Classroom Teaching for New Teachers". The system is composed of three stages: receiving training,working as a teaching assistant and receiving evaluation,which can make the transition to highly qualified and committed teachers. Practices have shown that the system is an important part for new teachers to form teaching skill and an effectively way to guarantee the educational teaching quality from at the source.
