环保再生胶中高关注物质SVHC检测方法的选用和分析检测 被引量:3

摘要 为保证使用环保软化剂生产出的环保再生胶达到《欧盟关于化学品的注册、评估、授权与限制法规(REACH)》的要求,对出口欧盟的环保再生胶产品进行SVHC符合性检测。检测过程中将产品所涉及物质进行分类、归纳和筛选,遵守合并同类项原则、主要成分/标志物原则、替代原则,有机物和无机物分别采用了合理的检测方法。检测结果表明:除了蒽外所有高关注物质SVHC的含量达到了REACH的指标。 Green reclaimed rubber exported to Europe was detected with SVHC conformance. In order to ensure that green reclaimed rubber produced by environmental protection softener met the requirements of European Union on the registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemicals and regulations (REACH). The products involved materials were classified induced and filtered in process. The detection process complied with the principles like terms, principles of main ingredients/markers, substitution principle. The reasonable methods were used to detect organic and inorganic materials. The results showed that all SVHC materials besides anthracene could met the requirements of REACH.
