摘要
大学生就业问题关系到学校的就业率以及整个社会的就业衔接秩序。社会实践对于提高大学生的就业能力具有十分积极的推动作用。通过参加各种形式的社会实践活动使得大学生对于就业形成一个客观的认知,从而参照自身情况作出正确的就业判断,使就业能力得到提高。
The employment of college students is related to the employment rate of school and social employ- ment order. Social practice has a very positive role in promoting the employability of college students. Participation of various forms of social practice makes college students gain an objective cognition. Therefore they can make cor- rect employment judgments and increase their employability by combining their own situations.
