中国低碳城市绿色技术创新的示范效应研究 被引量:7

摘要 中国政府建设的低碳城市是中国的绿色先行者,希望其在城市绿色发展中发挥示范效应。通过构建一个包含技术领先国——低碳城市——其他城市的三层模型,从理论与实践两方面研究低碳城市在绿色技术创新方面的示范效应。找出低碳城市发展问题的关键在于如何平衡其研发驱动的技术流入和对其他城市投资驱动的技术流出的关系。实证结果证实,低碳城市在其他城市绿色技术创新中发挥着技术中介作用,低碳城市的示范效应受到地区的异质性的调节作用。 Low carbon city in China is considered a green pioneer, the government wants to play the demonstration effect on green technology innovation. The paper analyzes the demonstration effect on the green technology diffusion from theory and practice, and develops a developed country-low carbon city-other city model to formulate a low-carbon city that plays catch- up via imitative R&D to acquire newer technologies from a developed country, while playing "reverse catch-up" via outbound FDI to transfer older technologies to the others city. The empirical results show that the low carbon city plays an intermediary role. The demonstration effect of low-carbon city is different among the regions.
