摘要
气密强度试验是飞机结构强度试验中风险性较大的试验。通过对充气台充放气工作原理的分析和气密舱充放气过程的研究,建立了气密舱充放气数学模型,提出了一种气密舱充放气时间计算方法,并进行了Matlab仿真验证。仿真结果表明该方法符合气密舱实际充放气过程,可以应用于飞机气密强度试验,对试验中充气台的选择和载荷谱的设置具有重要的理论指导意义。
Air pressure test for strength and tightness has bigger risk in aircraft structure strength test.Through the analysis of the inflator's charge/deflation working principle and the research on the airtight cabin charge/deflation process,the mathematical model of the airtight cabin charge/deflation is deduced,a method is proposed to calculate airtight cabin charge/deflation time,and a simulation verification is implemented by Matlab.The simulation results show that the method is conformity with the principle of airtight cabin charge/deflation process,and can be applied to air pressure test for strength and tightness,and has important theoretical guiding significance for choosing inflator and setting up load spectrum.
