摘要
为改善埋弧焊的工作环境和生产效率,降低焊接成本,进行了免清根埋弧焊技术的工艺试验,并应用于实际生产中。试验分V形坡口和Y形坡口两种方案进行,采用药芯焊丝气保焊打底、埋弧焊进行填充盖面。结果表明,焊缝成形良好,无损检测结果均合格,具有较高的抗拉强度和良好的韧性,且V形坡口焊缝熔合效果更好。在实际生产中应用的成功率为97%,取得了较大的成功。
To improve the working environment and production efficiency of the submerged-arc welding and reduce the welding cost, the process test is performed on the back-chipping-free submerged-arc welding technology and applied in production. There are two schemes for the test: V-type groove and Y-type groove. The flux-cored wire gas shield welding is used for rendering and submerged-arc welding for filling and covering. It's indicated that the weld joint is formed well and passes the non-destructive test with high tensile strength and excellent tenacity, and the V-shaped weld joint can produce better fusion effect. In practical production, the said technology has a.yield rate of 97% , showing great success.
