口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散在283例肠镜术前肠道清洁中的应用评价 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :对口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散(PGE)在肠镜术前肠道清洁中的应用效果进行评价。方法 :根据肠镜术前的不同时间,将283例住院患者分别安排在当天凌晨4:00和上午9:00口服1袋PGE溶液进行肠道清洁,服药后4 h左右作肠镜检查。观察和评价患者服药后的不良反应、耐受性和肠道清洁效果。结果 :服药后89例(31.45%,89/283)出现一定程度的不良反应,恶心、呕吐、腹胀、腹痛和乏力的发生比例分别为13.79%、2.12%、31.45%、9.54%和9.22%。总耐受率为90.81%,总有效率为98.23%,仅5例需另行肥皂水灌肠清洁。结论 :口服PGE溶液清洁肠道的不良反应较轻,患者耐受性良好。肠镜前4 h左右口服PGE溶液能够得到良好的肠道清洁效果。 Objective: To evaluate the application of oral compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder (PGE) in the bowel cleaning before the colonoscopy operation. Methods: Two hundred and eighty-three inpatients were arranged to drink a bag of PGE at 4:00 or 9:00 am on the day of colonoscopy according to the different time of colonoscopy and colonoscopy was performed around four hours latter. The adverse reactions, the tolerability of patients and the bowel cleaning effect were evaluated after taking PEG solution. Results: Some degree of adverse reactions appeared in 89 patients, accounting for 31.45%. The incidences of nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, abdominal pain and fatigue were 13.79%, 2.12%, 31.45%, 9.54% and 9.22%, respectively. The total tolerability of patients and bowel cleaning rate were 90.81% and 98.23%, respectively. Only 5 cases (1.77%) needed to be additionally cleaned with soapy water enema. Conclusion: Oral PEG solution for bowel cleaning possesses milder adverse reactions, well tolerance and better bowel cleaning effect when orally taken four hours before colonoscoov.
