摘要 随着全球老龄化和衰老与疾病相关研究的深入，衰弱已经成为现代老年医学研究的热点问题之一。衰弱是一种常见的重要老年综合征，表现为机体的脆弱性增加，维持稳态的能力下降，面对各种应激时，发病和死亡的风险增加。其核心特点是多个生理系统（神经肌肉、代谢及免疫系统等）的储备功能下降。
