摘要
通过在H13模具钢冶炼过程中添加不同含量的稀土元素Ce,分析对其显微硬度及冲击韧性的影响。实验结果表明添加稀土元素Ce后,H13钢的横、纵向冲击韧性大幅提高,显微硬度有不同程度的下降。可知Ce的加入对H13钢的力学性能起到很大作用。
The experiment by adding different content of Ce in H 13 tool steel smelting process, analyze the impact of its micro-hardness and impact toughness. The results showed that addition of Ce, the transverse and longitudinal impact toughness of H13 steel substantially increased, the hardness has different degrees of decline. So Ce on Mechanical Properties of H13 Steel played a significant role.
