摘要
为了促进水稻种质创新,选用黑龙江省水稻主栽品种和区域试验、生产试验材料63份,应用聚类分析对黑龙江省水稻不同类型品种分类进行研究。结果表明:将每穗粒重〈2.3g,且单株有效分蘖数〉13个的品种(系)划为多蘖轻穗型品种,所占比例为15.87%;每穗粒重在2.3~2.8g,且单株有效分蘖数在10~13个的品种(系)划为中间型,所占比例为60.32%;每穗粒重〉2.8g,且单株有效分蘖数〈10个的品种(系)划为少蘖重穗型,所占比例为23.81%。多蘖轻穗型品种具有单株有效分蘖多(〉13个)、穗粒数少(〈90粒·穗-1)、每穗粒重低(〈2.3g·穗-1)、着粒密度低(〈5.5粒·cm-1)、一次枝梗个数(〈9个·穗-1)和粒数少(〈50粒·穗-1),二次枝梗个数(〈14个·穗-1)和粒数也少(〈40粒·穗-1)等穗部特点;少蘖重穗型品种具有单株有效分蘖少(〈10个)、穗粒数多(〉110粒·穗-1)、每穗粒重高(〉2.8g·穗-1)、着粒密度高(〉6.4粒·cm-1)、一次枝梗个数(〉10个·穗-1)和粒数多(〉58粒·穗-1),二次枝梗个数(〉17个·穗-1)和粒数也多(〉52粒·穗-1)等穗部特点;中间型品种介于二者之间。
In order to promote rice germplasm innovation,63 early japonica rice varieties(or lines)in Heilongjiang province were used to study the classification of different types of rice variety in cold region by applying cluster analysis.The results showed that grain weight per panicle that was less than or equal to 2.3and effective tiller number per plant that was greater than or equal to more than 13 were divided into more tiller and lighter panicle type variety which was 15.87 percent.grain weight per panicle was 2.3~2.8g,and effective tiller number per plant was classified as middle type variety 10~13which was 60.32 percent.Grain weight per panicle that was greater than or equal to 2.8gram and effective tiller number per plant that was less than or equal to 10 were divided into less tiller and heavier panicle type variety which was 23.81 percent.Rice varieties with more tiller and lighter panicle type had the characteristics with more effective tillers per plant(13),less spike grain number(90grains),lower grain weight per panicle(2.3g),lower grain density(5.5grains·cm-1),less primary branch number(9per panicle)and grain number(50grains per panicle),less secondary branch number(14per panicle)and grain number(40grains per panicle).Rice varieties with less tiller and heavier panicle type have the characteristics with less effective tillers per plant(10),more spike grain number(110grains),higher grain weight per panicle(2.8g),higher grain density(6.4grains·cm-1),more primary branch number(10per panicle)and grain number(58grains per panicle),more secondary branch number(17per panicle)and grain number(52grains per panicle).
