构建优质的护患关系对精神分裂症患者治疗效果的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨建立优质的护患关系对精神分裂症治疗效果的影响。方法:选取2012年1月-2014年10月本院收治的恢复期精神分裂症患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规治疗与护理,观察组给予构建优质的护患关系。观察12周,采用PANSS量表评价两组临床疗效评价。结果:观察组显愈率及有效率均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预12周后,两组患者的PANSS评分、阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分及精神病理评分均低于干预前,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预12周后,观察组的PANSS评分、阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分及精神病理评分均明显低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:建立优质的护患关系可提高精神分裂症的临床疗效,值得临床推广。 Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the construction of nurse-patient relationship of high quality to the treatment effect of patients with schizophrenia.Method:100 cases of chronic schizophrenia patients in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with each group 50 cases(n=50).The control group was given normal treatment and nursing,the observation group was given the construction of nurse-patient relationship of high quality.Observation of 12 weeks,the clinical curative effect of the two groups were evaluated by the PANSS scale.Result:The obvious curative rate and the effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05).After 12 weeks of intervention,all patients’ PANSS scores,positive symptom scores, negative symptoms and psychopathology scores were lower than those before intervention and the indexes above in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were all statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The construction of nurse-patient relationship of high quality can improve the clinical curative effect of chronic schizophrenia.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
