摘要
目的:研究分析对腔镜器械清洗不彻底所致过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌系统循环取消的原因,探讨改进对策,降低灭菌循环次数及取消率,降低每锅平均灭菌时间。方法:随机选取2013年1月—2013年12月采用强生STERRAD 100S过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌器灭菌100锅次作为对照组,2014年1月—2014年12月期间实施改进对策后采用本灭菌器灭菌100锅次为研究组,观察对比两组灭菌循环次数、灭菌循环取消率以及每锅平均灭菌时间等。结果:灭菌循环取消次数及循环取消率研究组为7次,7.0%,对照组为18次,18.0%,研究组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);每锅灭菌时间研究组为(68.3±5.2)min,对照组为(73.2±6.9)min,研究组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组生物监测合格率均为100.0%,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);两组共计出现25次循环取消,其中发生于真空期4-6 min者9次(36.0%),造成原因为腔镜器械清洗不彻底,器械包装袋内形成血污;潮湿5次(20.0%);装载过量4次(16.0%);已装内含不兼容材料3次(12.0%);管腔类物品过度聚集2次(8.0%);喷射口堵塞2次(8.0%)。结论:科学安排手术室手术台次,强化清洁器械清洗工作,有效减少灭菌循环次数,降低灭菌循环率,缩短每锅平均灭菌时间,降低医院感染情况发生。
Objective: To study and analyze the reason of no completely endoscopic instrument cleaning to cancel hydrogen peroxide- induced low- temperature plasma sterilization system cycle,and investigate improvement countermeasure. Methods:Randomly selected from January 2013 to December 2013,100 pot times uses hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilizer as the control group. After during the implementation of the improvement measures in January 2014 to December using the pot sterilizer 100 times for the study group. To observe the sterilization cycles,sterilization cycle cancellation rate and an average per pot sterilization time. Results : The sterilization cycles,sterilization cycle cancellation rate of study group was 7 and7. 0%,the control group was 18 and 18. 0%,study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistical significance( P〈0. 05). The average per pot sterilization time of study group was( 68. 3 ± 5. 2) min,the control group was( 73. 2 ± 6. 9) min,study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistical significance( P〈0. 0 5). The biological monitoring pass rate was 1 0 0. 0 % int wo froups,the difference was not statistically significant( P〈0. 05). 25 cycles was canceled in two groups,which takes place in a vacuum 4 - 6 min those of nine( 36. 0%),the cause is not completely cleaned endoscopic equipment,packaging equipment bag formed bloodstained,wet 5 times( 20. 0%),execessive liading 4 times( 16. 0%),packaging containing incompatibility material 3 times( 12. 0%),excessive gathered 2 times( 8. 0%),injection port blocked 2 times( 8. 0%). Conclusion: The scientific organization operating room operating table views,and strengthen the cleaning equipment cleaning,sterilization reduce cycle times,reduce the rate of sterilization cycles and shorten the average per pot sterilization time,reduce hospital infections happen.
