摘要
建立了食品包装复合材料中2,4-二氨基甲苯的气相色谱-电子捕获检测(GCECD)方法。分析条件为:HP-5毛细管气相色谱柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm);载气流速0.8mL/min;进样口温度为260℃,分流比为5∶1;ECD检测器温度:300℃;柱温:170℃;进样量:1μL。2,4-二氨基甲苯浓度在0.02~1mg/L范围内与色谱峰面积线性良好,相关系数为0.9991,方法检出限(S/N=3)为0.001mg/L。
The method of detecting 2,4-diaminotoluene in composite food-packaging materials by GC-ECD was studied.Chromatographic experiments were performed on HP-5(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)capillary column and the carrier gas flow rate was 0.8mL/min.The inlet temperature was 260℃ with split ratio of 5∶1.The ECD detector temperature was 300℃and the column temperature was 170℃ with injection volume of 1μL.In the range of 0.02-1 mg/mL,the correlation coefficient was 0.9991,moreover the detection limit was 0.001mg/mL.
