摘要
由于阀体零件结构复杂,砂型铸造阀体时,浇注系统和工艺参数不当容易导致铸件出现缩松、缩孔等缺陷。采用Pro CAST软件对典型阀体砂型铸造过程进行数值模拟,研究了金属液充型和凝固过程。分析了缺陷产生的原因,改进了浇注工艺方案,提高了铸件的质量和合格率。
As the structure of valve body parts is complex, unsuitable gating system and process parameters easily lead to the casting shrinkage and shrinkage defects during sand casting. The sand casting process of the typical valve body was numerically simulated by using ProCAST software. The filling and solidification process of liquid metal were studied. The causes of defects were analyzed, and the casting technology scheme was improved. The quality and the qualified rate of the casting were improved.
