摘要
基于数值模拟,通过成形工具转动渐进成形了"一"字型沟槽。研究了三种热源对板料温升的贡献。基于正交试验设计和数值模拟研究了成形工艺参数对板料温升的影响。结果表明,工具转动摩擦热是温升的主要因素;对板料温升影响程度顺序依次为:工具转速、板料材料、层进给深度、工具半径、水平进给速度和板料厚度。
"一 " type groove was formed by rolling incremental sheet forming based on numerical simulation. Thecontribution of three heat sources to temperature rise of the sheet was studied. Based on the orthogonal test design and numerical simulation, the influences of forming process parameters on temperature rise were analyzed. The results show that the tool rotation friction heat is the main factor of temperature rise; the affecting sequence of process parameters on temperature rise is: tool rotational speed, sheet materials, step sizes, tool radius, horizontal feed speed and sheet thinkness.
