摘要
对12Cr18Mn8Ni5N奥氏体不锈钢三种电流下TIG焊焊接接头的组织和性能进行了试验研究。结果表明,在162、170、178 A电流下的焊缝为单一的奥氏体组织,组织形貌依次呈细条状、块状和粗大的柱状,热影响区组织为奥氏体和先共析铁素体。其中170 A下的焊接接头的抗拉强度最高,达到699.09 MPa,其综合力学性能最佳。
The microstructure and properties of 12Cr18Mn8Ni5N austenitic stainless steel TIG welded joints under three kinds of weld current was studied. The experiment shows that the welding microstructure is austenite in 162, 170, 178 A three kinds of current. The morphology of anstenite is thin strips, massive and coarse colunmar, respectively. The microstructure of heat affected zone is austenite and proeutectoid ferrite. The tensile strength of welding joint under 170 A is 699.09 MPa which is highest, and the comprehensive mechanical property is best.
