摘要
对Q345R/304复合板对接接头的组织及性能进行了系统的试验研究。结果表明,复层侧焊缝区组织为细小的奥氏体+少量的铁素体组织,复合板对接接头抗拉强度达到531 MPa,冲击吸收功为118 J,硬度大小及分布也满足相关标准要求。可见,本试验所采用的焊接材料和工艺可获得性能良好的复合板对接接头。
The microstructure and mechanical property of Q345R/304 composite plate butt welding joint were tested and analyzed systematically. The results indicate that the welding microstructure at the side of clad-layer is fine austenite + a small amount of ferrite. The tensile strength of composite plate joint reaches 53 1 MPa; the impact energy is 128 J; the hardness and distribution are also meet the requirements of related standards. The experimental results show that the better butt welding joint can be obtained under this test condition of the welding material and technology.
