摘要
我国食品行业发展迅速,年用水量达到100亿m^3,取水量为85亿m^3,用水量仅排列于电力、化工、纺织行业之后。在分析食品行业取水情况和主要生产工艺的基础上,探讨了国家与地方的取水定额、产业政策、指导意见、标准等现状及存在问题,并提出了相关建议。
Along with the fast development of food industry, its annual water use has reached to 10 billion cubic meter, with a water abstraction of 8.5 billion cubic meter, ranking next to electric power, chemistry and textile industries. An introduction is made on current situation and challenges faced in terms of national and local water abstraction quota, industry policy and guidelines and standards, after review of current water abstraction of food industry and main production techniques of food industry. Finally recommendations are made.
