慢性心力衰竭患者治疗前后血清CA125、TNF-α水平变化及其与LVEF的关系 被引量:15

摘要 目的观察慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者治疗前后血清CA125、TNF-α的变化,并探讨其与LVEF的关系。方法研究对象为44例CHF患者(观察组)和20例同期健康体检者(对照组)。观察组予抗心力衰竭及改善心室重塑治疗4周,治疗前后采集两组空腹静脉血检测血清CA125、TNF-α,应用心脏超声多普勒测定两组LVEF。结果治疗前观察组血清CA125、TNF-α均高于对照组,LVEF低于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后观察组血清CA125、TNF-α降低,LVEF升高(P均<0.05)。相关性分析显示,CHF患者血清CA125、TNF-α与LVEF均呈负相关(r=-0.524、-0.509,P均<0.05),血清CA125与TNF-α呈正相关(r=0.563,P<0.05)。结论治疗前CHF患者血清CA125、TNF-α升高,治疗后均降低,二者与LVEF呈负相关,可作为病情及疗效的监测指标。
