摘要
以黑果枸杞为主要原料,以花色苷为衡量指标。通过对黑果枸杞有效成分提取的提取温度、提取时间、溶剂pH值、乙醇浓度、料液比进行研究,确定黑果枸杞提取的工艺参数。具体的工艺参数为:溶剂pH=4、提取温度60℃、提取时间120min、料液比1∶15、乙醇含量70%。
With Lycium ruthenicum as the main raw material, the anthocyanin was measured as the index. The extraction temperature, extraction time, solvent pH, ethanol concentration, ratio of material to liquid were studied.
