摘要
通过丙酮—乙醇法提取云南松松塔中的木质素,以木质素的提取率为指标,考查加热时间、加热温度、料液比、提取剂中丙酮与95%乙醇体积比对木质素提取率的影响,通过正交试验法优选木质素的提取工艺。优选出最佳提取工艺:加热时间70 min,加热温度70℃,料液比1∶11(g/m L),提取剂中丙酮与95%乙醇体积比为2∶3,加入少量浓硫酸作为催化剂,在此条件下,木质素的提取率达到42.33%。优选的提取工艺提取率高、提取剂用量少、有效成分易于溶出、工艺简单。
To optimize extraction technology of Ligin from pinecone of Pinus yunnanensis. Taken the extraction rate of lignin as index, orthogonal test was applied to investigate influence of four factor(including heating time, extraction temperature, ratio of material-liquid, volume of acetone and alcohol) on extraction technology of lignin from ponecone of Pinus yunnanensis. The optimum technical condition was as following: extracted 70 min with 11 times the acetone and alcohol(volume ratio: 2∶3) at 70 ℃, the extraction rate of lignin in ponecone of Pinus yunnanensis was 42.33 %. This optimized extraction technology of lignin from ponecone of Pinus yunnanensis is high, simple, solvent saving and readily soluble of the active ingredient.
