摘要
液化天然气作为广泛应用的优质能源和原料,其中所含的大量轻烃资源在化工行业中具有重要用途。液化天然气的主要成分甲烷可用作制合成氨及肥料、先制取合成气再由合成气制甲醇、分离制取的合成气或直接热解制氢气、部分氧化或电弧裂解制乙炔、制氢氰酸、制硝基甲烷和苯等。另外其所含的少量乙烷和丙烷可经裂解而生成乙烯及丙烯,是塑料产品的重要原料。
Liquefied natural gas is a high quality energy and raw material, which is used in the chemical industry. The main components of the liquefied natural gas(LNG) methane can be used as a system of synthetic ammonia and fertilizer, preparing syngas first, then the methanol synthesis from syngas, separation of the syngas or pyrolysis hydrogen directly, partial oxidation hydrogen or arc pyrolysis of acetylene, hydrocyanic acid, nitro methane and benzene, etc. In addition to their small amounts of ethane and propane can be generated by pyrolysis of ethylene and propylene, is an important raw material of plastic products.
