摘要
在军队任职教育院校实施导师制小班教学,旨在有效整合人力资源和教学资源,充分发挥教员在专业上的优势,针对学员的个性差异,加强个性化指导,因材施教,让学员在思想品德、专业素质、业务技能以及适应能力等方面得到全面、协调发展。本文主要探讨了军队任职教育院校实施导师制的现实意义,对导师制小班教学实施办法进行了探索研究。
The implement of small class teaching tutorial system in the military educational institutions, which aimed at obtain high effective in integration of human resources and teaching resources, and make the teachers exert their advantages on professional instructors. Also, it strengthens the personalized guidance and the individualized for the differences of students. So that the students can achieve a comprehensive and coordinated development in the ideological moral, the professional quality, the business skills and the ability of adaptability. This paper mainly discusses the significance of small class teaching tutorial system in the military educational institutions and researches the implementation of small class teaching tutorial system.
