摘要
开关磁阻电机因结构简单、成本低等特点而具有代替电力驱动系统中现有电机的潜力。介绍了开关磁阻电机的结构与运行原理,在Simulink中对电机的转速响应、转矩响应进行仿真。搭建电机测试台架,对15 k W电机进行了静态和动态的试验,得到测试电机的特性测试曲线及效率。仿真与试验结果表明,测试电机对转速、转矩响应性能优秀,效率最高达到88%,同时开关磁阻电机在低转速下转矩波动大。仿真模型真实反映了开关磁阻电机调速系统,具有一定的实际指导意义。
Simple and low-cost construction makes switched reluctance motor have great potential of replacing the motor employed in electric driving system. By analyzing the structure and operating principle,the rotational speed response and torque response of switched reluctance motor were simulated in Simulink. Through static and dynamic experiment to a 15 k W motor on a measurement bench,the characteristics curve and efficiency are achieved. The result of simulation and experiment indicate that the motor’s response performance to rotational speed and torque is excellent,and the efficiency is up to 88%,also the motor has large torque ripples under slow-speed rotational speed. The simulation model truly reflects the motor system,and has a certain practical guiding significance
