三阴性乳腺癌组织中EGFR、细胞角蛋白5的表达变化及意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察三阴性乳腺癌组织中表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)及细胞角蛋白5(CK5)的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法经术后病理检查证实的乳腺癌患者545例,其中三阴性乳腺癌59例,非三阴性乳腺癌486例,对其乳腺癌组织中的EGFR、CK5进行检测并分析。结果非三阴性乳腺癌及三阴性乳腺癌患者乳腺癌组织中EGFR的表达率分别为22.4%、84.7%,CK5的表达率分别为8.2%、67.8%,两者EGFR、CK5的表达率相比,P均<0.05;EGFR及CK5的表达与三阳性乳腺癌患者的年龄、肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移及TNM分期无相关性(P均>0.05)。三阴性乳腺癌组织中EGFR与CK5的表达有关(P<0.01)。结论在三阴性乳腺癌组织中EGFR、CK5的表达率较高,且两者的表达有相关性;EGFR、CK5的高表达为三阴性乳腺癌的分子靶向治疗提供了依据。
