镶嵌膜屏蔽钻井液在水平井中的应用

摘要 介绍了镶嵌膜屏蔽钻井液技术发展、特点及其优势,针对其在华北分公司杭锦旗工区水平井应用试验过程中技术特点进行分析研究,并对试验过程中出现的复杂、不足等情况进行总结。该体系对于提高井壁稳定有它独特的优势,能够实现固液分离、循环利用和不排浆,镶嵌膜体系与不落地设备组合运行,能够彻底消灭传统泥浆坑。 The development, characteristics and advantages of the embedded membrane shielding drilling fluid technology are introduced. The technical characteristics of its application to the horizontal wells in North China Hangjinqi area are analyzed, and the problems occurring in its application are summarized. This system has its unique advantages in improving the stability of wellbore, it can realize the separation of the solid with the liquid, realize the cyclic utilization of the drilling fluid without the drainage of drilling fluid, and the traditional mud pit can be eliminated by the combination of the embedded membrane system with the no-landing equipment.
