摘要
为优化地面煤层气开发井网部署,以梨树煤矿煤层气地面垂直压裂井为例,利用数值模拟软件(CBM-SIM)对其生产数据进行历史拟合,修正煤储层参数,建立地质模型。在此基础上,设计了300 m×250 m、250 m×200 m、200 m×200 m三种煤层气开发井间距,进行了产能预测及采收率计算。考虑到煤矿区不同区域地面煤层气开发目的不同,从煤层气井产能与经济两个方面,优化了研究区内地面煤层气开发井网部署。研究表明:1区内井网布置形式采用矩形法,考虑到构造、煤田钻孔及地形地貌因素,局部可采用不规则井网。2区内煤矿开拓准备区采用200m×200 m的井间距,排采5 a,累计产量200.43×10~4m^3,采收率达51.28%;煤矿规划区采用300 m×250 m的井间距,排采15 a,累计产量422.64×10~4m^3,采收率达48.94%。
To optimize surface CBM exploitation well pattern layout, taking the CBM surface vertical fracturing wells in the Lishu coalmine as example, using numerical simulation software CBM-SIM carried out production data history matching. It has modified coal reservoir parameters, established geological model, hereby designed 300m×;250m, 250m×;200m, 200m×;200m 3 kinds of CBM exploita?tion well spacing, carried out capacity prediction and recovery factor computation. Considering the different surface CBM exploitation purposes in different parts of the coalmine, from 2 aspects of CBM well capacity and economy, optimized surface CBM exploitation well pattern layout in the study area. The study has shown that:①Well pattern layout in the area uses rectangular method considering struc?ture, borehole and landform factors, locally can use irregular well pattern.②In coalmine exploitation zone can use 200m ×; 200m well spacing, 5 years drainage, cumulative output 200.43 ×10^4 m^3, recovery factor can be 51.28%;in coalmine planning zone 300m ×; 250m well spacing, 15 years drainage, cumulative output 422.64×;104m3, recovery factor 48.94%.
