以郑州大学图书馆荐购系统为例,介绍其系统架构和基本工作流程,分析其使用状况和存在问题,提出提升荐购系统工作效率和服务质量的对策。
The paper takes the book recommendation system in Zhengzhou University Library for example, introduces its system architecture and basic working process, analyzes the behaviors in service and existing problems, and puts forwards countermeasures for improving working efficiency and quality of service.
