摘要
根据ARO-40-RELMB-WT型锚杆钻机在实际使用中后部照明灯存在的安全隐患,对人员探测、灯光报警装置以及报警声音预警效果等问题进行了分析,并对钻机报警装置的启动、行走、语音报警、声光报警等功能做了改进。该装置经实际应用,保证了其在使用过程中的安全性。
According to the safety problems exist in the practical use of ARO-40-RELMB-WT type anchor drilling rig, analyzes the personnel detection, light alarm device and the pre-alarm effect of the vocal alarm. Then improves the functions of alarm devices, including the start, walking, vocal alarm, light and sound alarm. The application proves that this device guarantees the safety during working process.
