摘要 为降低云南松木材中的含脂量,用不同药剂、不同处理方案对云南松木材进行脱脂处理,通过索氏抽提物含量、脱脂木材对改性药剂的载药量以及顺纹抗压强度对脱脂效果进行评价。结果表明:脱脂药剂采用Na OH的情况下,处理效果最好,木材的含脂率可由11.3%降为5%左右,脱脂后对改性药剂的吸收可由5.9%提高至13.8%左右。对于预处理条件、处理时间和药剂浓度,可以根据指标重要性的原则结合实际应用目的进行选择,木材顺纹抗压强度测定表明脱脂处理没有明显降低木材的抗压性能,脱脂处理后木材能够保持自身的力学性质。 This paper studied the degreasing treatment of Pinus yunnanensis wood with different reagents and different treating process,with the purpose of reducing the resin content. The optimal method was evaluated by soxhlet content,the solution uptake treatability for preservatives,and the compression strength of degreased wood. The results showed that the optimum treatment effectiveness can be obtained with Na OH as the chemical agent,and the resin content can be decreased from 11. 3% to 5% around,and the absorption of modified reagents can be increased from 5. 9% to 13. 8% approximately after degreasing treatment. Moreover,the pretreatment conditions,degreasing time and reagent concentration can be chosen according to the practical purposes in the actual production conditions. The compressive strength measurements indicated that the performance characteristic might be not altered during the degreasing process and the degreased wood could keep their mechanical properties.
