摘要
目的 探讨关节镜下微创有限清理治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2012年10月-2013年10月在我院就诊的120例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,按治疗方式的不同将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,观察组患者行关节镜下微创有限清理治疗,对照组行关节镜下广泛清理术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 两组患者治疗前膝关节Lysholm评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗后两组患者均有所改善(P〈0.05),但两组患者比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。观察组患者膝关节功能恢复优良率为83.3%,对照组患者膝关节功能恢复优良率为81.7%,两组患者比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。观察组患者平均手术时间为(15.5±4.0)min,术后恢复时间为(3.1±0.7)d,对照组患者平均手术时间为(45.5±7.0)min,术后恢复时间为(7.2±1.4)d,观察组均明显短于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 关节镜下微创有限清理治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著,可显著促进患者膝关节功能恢复,临床价值显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic limited cleaning in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group, the observation group, were treated with arthroscopic minimally invasive treatment,while the control group was treated with a wide range of treatment. Results There was no significant difference in Lysholm score between the two groups before treatment (P〉0.05);The Lysholm score between two groups was improved after treatment respectively(P〈0.05),but the difference was not statistically significantin between the two groups (P〉0.05).The rate of the recovery of knee joint function in observation group was 83.3%,81.7% in the control group,with/to statistical differenc between two groups (P〉0.05).The average operation time of the observation group was (15.5±4.0)min,the recovery time was (3.1±0.7) d, the average operation time was (45.5±7.0)min,the recovery time was (7.2±1.4) d,the observation group was shorter than the control group respectively,with statistical difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis with arthroscopic debridement can significantly promote the functional recovery of patients with knee joint functional recovery,clinical value.It should be promoted and applied.
