摘要
目的构建省级新生儿听力筛查信息化管理平台。方法对在广东省运行3年的省级新生儿听力筛查信息化管理平台的使用情况做一评估。结果通过对省级新生儿听力筛查资料管理和随访系统的管理模块、安全性、实用性逐一评估,找出薄弱环节,加以改进,健全省级新生儿听力筛查三级网络管理和规范全省新生儿听力筛查技术流程和使用方法,实现省级新生儿听力筛查信息化管理。结论新生儿听力筛查信息化建设是一项复杂的系统工程,它既涉及各种信息技术在临床的应用和数据库网络安全,也涉及行政组织协调管理和听力筛查技术流程统一。本研究对省级新生儿听力筛查信息化系统建设做了有益的探索和实践,取得了一定成效,为后期广东省新生儿疾病筛查资料管理和随访的建设积累了经验。
Objective To establish the provincial informatization management platform of universal newborn hearing screening （UNHS）. Methods The service conditions of the provincial UNHS informatization management platform operating for 3 years were evaluated. Results The management module, safety and practicability of provincial UNHS information management and follow-up system were assessed one by one, and the vulnerable spot was found and given methods to improve. The provincial UNHS three-level network management should be consummated, the technique process and application methods of provincial UNHS should be normalized, in order to achieve the purpose of provincial UNHS informatization management. Conclusions UNHS informatization construction is a complicated system engineering, which involves not only the clinical application of information technology and the database network security, but also the management and coordination of administrative organization and the unified process of examination technique. We make the beneficial exploration and practice of the provincial UNHS informatization construction, and achieve a certain effect, which accumulates experience for the construction of neonatal disease screening information management and follow-up system of Guangdong province in later period.
