摘要
目的探讨高频超声对急性阑尾炎的临床诊断价值。方法收集2013年2月至2015年2月我院收治的急性阑尾炎患者84例为研究对象,先用凸阵探头对腹盆腔进行全面扫查,观察阑尾形态、位置及与周围组织的关系;然后用线阵探头观察阑尾管壁、腔内回声、有无结石及其大小、阑尾周围组织回声及腹腔积液情况。结果高频超声诊断出急性单纯性阑尾炎8例、急性化脓性阑尾炎55例、急性坏疽性阑尾炎17例、阑尾周围脓肿2例,高频超声诊断符合率为97.6%,误诊率为1.2%,漏诊率为1.2%。结论高频超声可对急性阑尾炎患者进行准确诊断,为临床采取相应手术治疗提供可靠的依据。
Objective To study the clinical diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound in acute appendicitis. Methods 84 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were collected. Convex array probe was used to scan the abdominal pelvic cavity, so as to observe the shape, location of appendicitis and the relationship of appendicitis with the peripheral tissue. The appendix wall, intracavitary echo, size of the stones, echo of the tissues around the appendix and peritoneal fluid were observed by linear array probe. Results The diagnostic results of high frequency ultrasound showed that acute simple appendicitis in 8 cases, acute suppurative appendicitis in 55 cases, acute gangrenous appendicitis in 17 cases and appendiceal abscess in 2 cases, the diagnostic accordance rate of high frequency ultrasound was 97.6%, the misdiagnosis rate was 1.2%, the missed diagnosis rate was 1.2%. Conclusions High frequency ultrasound can make acute diagnosis of patients with acute appendicitis, and can provide reliable basis for surgical treatment in clinic.
