摘要
目的探讨人性化管理在供应室护理管理中的应用。方法选取本院供应室12名工作人员,将2013年7月至12月实施常规管理的研究对象作为对照组,将2014年7月至12月实施人性化管理的研究对象作为观察组。对比两组护理管理期间工作质量满意度和院内感染率。结果经护理管理,两组满意度均明显提高,观察组提高程度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组医疗器械和辅料侵入性院内感染率为1.81%,明显低于对照组的4.25%,差异具统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论将人性化管理应用于供应室护理管理中,可协调内部关系,提高工作满意度,减少院内感染,效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application of humanized management in nursing management of supply room. Methods 12 staffs in supply room of our hospital were selected. Subjects received routine management from July 2013 to December 2013 were set as control group, subjects received humanized management from July 2014 to December 2014 were set as observation group. The satisfaction about work quality and nosocomial infection rate were compared. Results After nursing management, the satisfaction of two groups improved, the improvement degree of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was significant (P 〈0.01). The nosocomial infection rate of medical equipment and accessories of observation group was 1.81%, lower than 4.25% of control group, the difference was significant (P 〈0.01). Conclusions Humanized management in nursing management of supply room can coordinate the internal relationship, improve work satisfaction, reduce the nosocomial infection, which has significant effect and deserves promotion.
