摘要
以‘爱文’和‘台农1号’芒果为材料,研究了3种中草药(百部、虎杖和高良姜)混合提取物处理对芒果在常温(28-30℃)贮藏条件下果实品质的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,该中草药提取物可降低贮藏期间芒果果实的失重率和病果率,保持较高的果实硬度。同时,该中草药提取物能显著延缓芒果果实维生素C和可滴定酸(TA)含量的降解和可溶性固形物(TSS)含量的积累,从而有效地保持芒果果实品质,延长货架期。
The effects of mixed extracts from three Chinese herbal medicine( CHM) stemona,giant knotweed rhizome and galangal on postharvest fruit quality of ‘Irwin'and ‘Tainong No. 1'mango were investigated during storage at ambient temperature( 28 -30℃). The results indicated that comparing to the control,CHM extracts significantly reduced the fruit weight loss rate and disease incidence,and maintained higher fruit firmness. Meanwhile,CHM extracts were effective to maintain fruit quality and extend shelf- life,as they significantly delayed the degradation of vitamin C( VC) and titratable acidity( TA) and the accumulation of total soluble solids( TSS) of mango fruits.
