摘要
针对白皎煤矿2410巷遭受高量值水平构造应力影响且围岩极其软弱的特点,对巷道变形特征进行了数值模拟研究。分析了裸巷开挖、低预紧力支护和高预紧力支护条件下巷道变形特征和塑性区分布情况,最终确定高预紧力强力锚杆索联合支护方案。方案实施后,矿压监测结果表明锚杆索预紧力较高时,巷道围岩变形得到有效控制,锚杆索最终稳定工作栽荷与初始预紧力相差不大。
The 2410 roadway of Baijiao Coal Mine was affected by high horizontal tectonic stress and extremely weak surrounding rOCK, aiming at these geological mechanics features, the deformation characteristics of roadway was researched with numerical simulation. The deforma- tion characteristics of roadway and the distribution features of plastic zones were analyzed with three supporting modes, no supporting, low pre-tightening supporting and high pre-tightening supporting, then the high strength bolt-cable combined supporting method with high pre-tighte- ning force was selected. Practice and rock pressure monitoring results showed that the surround- ing rock deformation was effectively controlled when the pre-tightening force was relatively high, and finally the stable working resistance of anchor bolt and cable was nearly equal with the initial pre-tightening force.
