摘要
采用辊弯成形工艺能够获得强度高、性能好、形状复杂和精度较高的工件,而现阶段应用CAD-CAE技术对辊弯工艺的分析较少。本文以辊弯成形工艺生产"U"型槽铝材波形板为实例,应用有限元模拟软件进行波形板辊弯工艺研究,通过设计一系列不同辊型的轧制道次逐步获得所需板料形状。在辊弯成形分析过程中,首先建立1450 mm板材模型,设计出合理的辊弯角度;对辊弯板材进行滚花设计及应变分析;对模拟结果进行描述和分析,并与辊弯成形实验结果进行对比,最终设计出合理的辊弯机组。研究结果表明,采用此辊弯工艺所成形的波形板零件具有表面质量好、尺寸精度高等优点。
The workpicce of high strength, good performance, high complexity and precision can be obtained by roll forming. However, the application of CAD and CAE technology on the analysis of roll forming process was few. For the "U" shaped groove aluminum corrugated plate, its roll forming process was researched by the finite element simulation software. The desired shape was achieved gradually by roll forming through a series of different roll passes for several times. In the process of roll forming, first of all, the 1450mm plate model was established, and then the reasonable roll forming angle was designed. Further, the knurled design and strain analysis were made, the simulation results were described, analyzed and compared with the experimental results. Finally, a reasonable roll forming machine was designed. Research results show that the corrugated plate, which is produced by the method of this roll forming, is of good surface quality and high dimensional accuracy.
