紫锥菊提取物对小鼠免疫器官指数及血清溶血素水平的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Echinacea purpurea extract on immune organ indexes and serum hemolysin level of mice

摘要 探索紫锥菊提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响。试验选取健康成年小鼠80只,随机分为8组,每组10只,分别为空白对照组(生理盐水灌胃),免疫抑制模型组(腹腔注射环磷酰胺100 mg/kg),免疫抑制小鼠紫锥菊提取物高、中、低剂量组,正常对照小鼠紫锥菊提取物高、中、低剂量组,免疫抑制小鼠紫锥菊提取物组和正常对照小鼠紫锥菊提取物组高、中、低剂量组分别按100mg/kg、50 mg/kg、25 mg/kg灌胃,连续灌胃21d,测定其脾脏指数、胸腺指数和血清溶血素水平。试验结果表明,与空白组比较,模型组小鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数显著降低(P<0.05),血清溶血素水极显著降低(P<0.01);正常小鼠高剂量试验组脾脏指数显著提高(P<0.05);紫锥菊高、中剂量组胸腺指数显著提高(P<0.05),血清溶血素水平显著提高(P<0.05)。与模型组相比,免疫抑制小鼠紫锥菊高、中剂量组脾脏指数极显著提高(P<0.01);各试验组胸腺指数极显著提高(P<0.01);紫锥菊高、中剂量试验组血清溶血素水平有极显著提高(P<0.01),低剂量组差异显著(P<0.05)。 To explore the effect of Echinacea purpurea extract on immune function of mice,80 healthy adult mice were randomly divided into 8 groups,with 10 mice in each group,namely blank control group(given normal saline),immune suppression model control group(given intraperitoneal injection of CTX at 100 mg/kg),immune suppression model experiment groups(given 100 mg/kg,50 mg/kg and 25 mg/kg of Echinacea purpurea extract by gavage,respectively),normal experiment groups(given 100 mg/kg,50 mg/kg and 25 mg/kg of Echinacea purpurea extract by gavage,respectively).After 3 weeks of daily gavage for the mice in immune suppression model experiment groups and normal experiment groups,spleen index,thymus index and serum hemolysin level were measured.In comparison with blank control group,both spleen index and thymus index in mice of model groups decreased significantly(P0.05),serum hemolysin level decreased extremely significant(P〈0.05);thymus index and serum hemolysin level in mice of normal experiment group given high and middle dose of Echinacea purpurea extract increased significantly(P〈0.05).Compared with model groups,spleen index in mice of immune suppression model group given high and middle dose Echinacea purpurea extract increased extremely significant(P〈0.01);serum hemolysin level in mice of immune suppression model group given high and middle dose of Echinacea purpurea extract increased extremely significant(P〈0.01),and low dose group increased significantly(P〈0.05).
