摘要
研究了聚马来酸酐的合成工艺及应用于棉织物的抗皱整理效果.采用单因素试验考察了反应时间、反应温度、引发剂用量、焙烘时间、焙烘温度对折皱回复角的影响,确定了聚马来酸酐的合成工艺和整理工艺,即反应时间5 h,反应温度110℃,引发剂用量10%(对单体质量),焙烘时间6 min,焙烘温度180℃.研究了聚合残液的循环利用.
Synthesis technology of the maleic anhydride polymer and the effects of the wrinkle-resistant finishing of cotton fabrics were studied. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, dosage of initiator, curing time and curing temperature on the wrinkle recovery angle were investigated by single factor experiment. The suitable parameters of synthesis of the maleic anhydride polymer for wrinkle-resistant finishing were determined as follows: reaction time 5 h, reaction temperature 110 ℃, dosage of initiator 10% (on the mass of monomer), curing time 6 min, curing temperature 180℃. The recycling utilization of polymerization residual liquid was also studied.
