摘要
介绍了倒T型船坞坞门的基本设计参数及坞门吊装发运方式。根据倒T型坞门的特点,设计了采用两个吊点同时起吊的吊装方案。使用ANSYS概念建模方式建立坞门的有限元模型,进行有限元计算分析了吊装方案对坞门整体结构的影响,得出坞门的刚度满足吊装要求的结论;对单个吊点采用多吊耳分散布置的方式,有效降低吊耳对坞门结构的影响;使用ANSYS实体建模方式建立吊耳及坞门局部的有限元模型,经过有限元计算分析得出吊耳的强度符合使用要求,有效降低了吊耳对坞门局部的应力集中。
Introduces the basic design parameters, lifting and transportation type of inverted T shape dock gate. Adopting two points hoisting and lifting scheme according to the characteristics of the inverted T dock gate. using concept modeling approach of ANSYS to establish finite element model of the gate to calculation and analyzes the influence on the whole structure of the hoisting plan. Come to the conclusion that gate stiffness meet the requirements of the lifting requirements. With the method of scattered arrangement more lugs for a single lifting point to effectively reduce the lug effects on dock gate structure. Establish finite element entity model of the lug and related structures to calculation and analyzes. Come to the conclusion that the arrangement of lugs effectively reduce local stress concentration of the gate.
