摘要
以某国产200 mm(8英寸)砂轮划片机光学系统为例,以CCD为检测物并以国外进口同级别设备光学图像为参考标准。通过与进口设备对比,分析环形光源对成像的影响因素,研究应用几何光学原理,实现成像质量的提高。
This paper take the domestic 200 mm (eight inch)dicing saw optical system as an example,take CCD for object detection and take the imported same level equipment optical imaging as thereference standard. By comparison with theimported equipment and analyze the oblique light,research and application of the principle ofimprovement.
