摘要
海上采油平台靠海底电缆远距离供电,且平台上大量使用电潜泵、注水泵等电机设备,其配电系统特性为负荷端电压及功率因数过低,在平台负荷率接近满载运行的情况下,平台无法再增加新的电潜泵,限制了平台注水作业和采油作业。此外,平台上大量的换流装置如变频器等在运行过程中会产生一定的谐波电流。为有效解决目前平台上的这些问题,秦皇岛32-6作业区采用了调谐滤波器来改善平台电能质量。对调谐滤波器在QH-D32-6作业区平台电能质量改善中的应用进行研究,结果表明,调谐滤波器的应用确实改善了平台功率因数,提升了平台电压,增加了负荷裕度,且抑制了谐波电流,是一种在平台上可行的无功补偿方法。
The electricity power on production platform is usually supplied through subsea cable from remote places. Because there are many motors such as ESPs and injection pumps used on the production platform, the voltage and power efficiency of electrical terminal is very low. In most cases, the platform is fully loaded, and no more new pumps could be used, which limits the injection and production operations. Besides, there are many converters used on the platform, which results in harmonic waves in the electrical system. To solve the electrical quality problem, the tunable filter was used on the QHD32-6 production platform. Study has been con- ducted on the electrical quality improvement of QHD 32-6 platform. The study results show that the power efficiency, load capacity and the terminal voltage are all improved and that the application of tunable filter is appropriate for reactive electrical compensation on offshore platforms.
