摘要
设计企业作为工程建设项目的总承包单位,如何按照合同约定对工程建设质量、计划进度、施工安全、工程造价等进行管理,此文在简述工程总承包管理内容的基础上,针对总承包管理方案中计划合同管理、费用管理、进度管理的工作要点及内容进行分析。为进一步做好计划合同管理工作,通过分析,提出可采取的组织、技术等控制措施。并对计划管理人员应具备的业务素质提出了相关要求。
As general contracting unit of the engineering construction project,the design enterprises how to manage the engineering construction quality,schedule,construction safety and engineering cost according to the provisions of the contract need to be discussed. Based on introducing the content of the engineering general contracting management,the general contracting management scheme in the project contract management,cost management,schedule management's priorities and content are analyzed. In order to further do a good job in project contract management,through the analysis,the control measures on organization and technology are proposed. And professional quality requirements the plan management personnel should possess are put forward.
