摘要
人体的任何一种运动都是以力量为原动力,但是由于体育项目的不同,使得力量的性质、发力特点、训练原则差异显著。试对途中跑、速滑、篮球、健美等运动项目的力量训练进行分析,探讨如何采用不同的训练手段提高各项目的力量水平。
Any movement of the human body is to take the power as the motive power .But because of difference gym items , and makes the physical strength different among the different items .The paper tries to discuss the running , skating, basketball, aerobics and other sports strength training and how to use different training methods to improve the power level of the project .
