摘要
以ZZTM10300/17.5/30H模板支架为研究对象,运用Pro/E建立三维模型和ANSYS Workbench生成有限元模型,然后确定边界条件和载荷,以顶梁与后顶梁受力相似为前提,采用内加载的方式组合加载,经过有限元分析,得到不同工况下模板支架整架及其零部件受力情况,为模板支架能够安全可靠地工作提供理论依据。
Taking a ZZTM10300/17.5/30 H formwork support as the research object, the 3D model was established by Pro/E, and the finite element model was established by ANSYS Workbench. After determining the boundary conditions and loading, on the premise of the canopy and the rear canopy carrying the similar load, the combined loading of inner loading mode was applied, after finite element analysis, the stress state of the whole formwork support and its parts at various operation modes was obtained, which offered theoretical reference for safe and reliable operation of the formwork support.
