摘要
以大中型矿渣立磨为研究对象,建立立磨副辊摇臂空心轴组合件的力学模型,经力学分析得到每个部位所受载荷;运用Solid Works软件对组合件中的连接法兰进行参数化建模,将模型导入ANSYS Workbench软件,对连接法兰处螺栓进行强度分析,并以法兰厚度、螺栓直径和螺栓孔大小为变量进行优化设计,为立磨的研究提供参考。
Taking the large and medium slag vertical mill as the study objective, the paper built the mechanical model of the combination assembly of the hollow shaft and the rocking arm of auxiliary roller in the vertical mill. After mechanical analysis, load on each location was obtained, and Solid Works was applied to carry out parametric modeling of linking flange of the combination assembly. And then, the model was imported into ANSYS Workbench, and the strength analysis on the flange bolts was conducted. At last, the flange thickness, diameter of the bolt and the hole served as the variables to carry out optimization design, which offered reference for the study on the vertical mill.
