摘要
采用嵌段聚合的方法,向3种支状起始剂上引入不同配比的环氧丙烷(PO)和环氧乙烷(EO),合成了一系列的非离子型聚醚原油破乳剂,测定了合成产品的表面张力、浊点与水数,计算了HLB值。采用瓶试法对所合成的聚醚破乳性能进行了筛选与评价,得出起始剂的最佳加量,并优选出S05P3E1、R05P2E1、T05P3E1这3类破乳剂,分别考察了破乳剂加量、破乳温度以及破乳时间对其破乳性能的影响。结果表明,合成产品的浊点、水数及HLB值均随PO/EO比的增加而减小;起始剂的最佳加量为0.5%;3类破乳剂破乳规律基本一致,支链较少的破乳剂在开始时脱水速率较快,而支链数最多的破乳剂最终脱水率达到83.3%。
With the method of block polymerization,three series of branch initiator are introduced to different ratios of propylene oxide(PO)and ethylene oxide(EO),a series of non-ionic polyether demulsifier is synthesized.The surface tension,cloud point and emulsifiability of demulsifier are measured and the HLB value is also calculated.The influence of the PO/EO on the cloud point,surface tension and water number of the demulsifier are analyzed.The result shows that they decreases with the increase of PO/EO.The bottle test method is used to screen and research the demulsification performance of polyether produced,the best dosage of initiator is obtained and the demulsifiers S05P3E1,R05P2E1 and T05P3E1are chosen,the influence of dosage,temperature and time to the performance of demulsification is studied.The result shows that the cloud point,water number and HLB value decrease with the increase of PO/EO ratios.The best dosage of initiator is 0.5%,three kinds of demulsifiers have the similar regulation of demulsification,the demulsifier with less brace dehydrate faster at the beginning of the process and the demulsifier with most brace has the highest dehydration rate is 83.3%in the end of demulsification process.
