摘要
本文以内蒙古某火电厂2×600MW机组引风机变频器改造为例,主要介绍引风机变频技术的逻辑设计,记录变频器故障工况下切换工频运行的试验过程,通过实际运行统计数据,计算变频器改造后直接的经济效益,并且分析间接的节能效果。
This paper mainly introduces the logic design of the frequency conversion technology of the wind turbinetaking the transformation of 2 x 600 MW units wind turbine frequency converter of a thermal power plant in InnerMongolia as an example, and analyzes the economic benefits of the frequency converter in the power plant of prov-ince, records the test process of switching power frequency operation under the condition of frequency converter fail-ure, through the statistical data of practical operation, calculates the direct economic benefits after transformation ofthe converter, and analyzes the indirect energy-saving effect.
