摘要
目的:探讨绍兴市某三级医院临床护士分级管理对职业认同度的影响。方法:对临床护士进行N0-N4的分级管理,并采用护士职业认同量表对各级护士抽样396名进行分级管理前后问卷调查对比。结果:该院临床护士的分级管理后职业认同度得分高于分级管理前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分级管理前后N3护士职业认同度提升幅度高于N1护士,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对临床护士进行分级管理可提升护士职业认同度;N3护士分级管理前后职业认同度提升快于N1护士。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of clinical nurse hierarchical management on professional identity.[Method]N0- N4 grading management was applied on clinical nurses,and the questionnaire surveystowards all levels of 396 nurses w ith or w ithout hierarchical managementw ere carried out by using nurse professional identity scale. [Result] The score of professional identity of the clinical nurses after grade managing in the hospital w as higher than that w ithout grading,and the differences have statistical significance( P〈0. 05). The improvement of professional identity of N3 grade nurses after hierarchical management w as higher than that of N1 grade,and the differences w ere statistically significant( P〈0. 05). [Conclusion] The professional identity of nurses can be promoted by the hierarchical management of clinical nurses. The professional identity in N3 grade nurses after grading management improves remarkably compared w ith that of N1 grade。
